Daniel Kahneman was among the first academics to pick apart exactly why we make "wrong" decisions. Kahneman examined a simple problem of economic risk. And rather than stating the optimal, rational answer, as an economist of the time might have, they quantified how most real people, consistently, make a less-rational choice. Work treated economics not as a perfect or self-correcting machine, but as a system prey to quirks of human perception. The field of behavioral economics was born.
Daniel Kahneman
Widely regarded as the world's most influential living psychologist, Daniel Kahneman won the Nobel in Economics for his pioneering work in behavioral economics — exploring the irrational ways we make decisions about risk.
In his mega bestseller, Thinking, Fast and Slow, Daniel Kahneman, world-famous psychologist and winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics, takes us on a groundbreaking tour of the mind and explains the two systems that drive the way we think.

Strong leadership is what separates average businesses from great businesses. It can mean the difference between an entrepreneur creating a brand that thrives - instead of one that merely survives. You see, I’ve spent the last 30 years studying the most successful leaders in the world. When it comes down to it, their approaches can be copied by anyone, and I’ve shared their systems with thousands of people.

Leading Continuous Digital Transformations without a Technical Background
Kristian holds a Business Ph.D. from Copenhagen Business School and is a Stanford visiting scholar. He has worked with User Experience Design at Microsoft and with global digital transformations at both PwC and CGI. Currently, Kristian is working as a Business and IT architect designing reference architectures for large IT systems with millions of users.
Digital Transformation has become a continuous and obligatory part of every business; either you leverage the power of data and the efficiency benefits of going truly digital, or you lose any competitive advantage you might have.
In this lecture, Kristian presents some findings from current research and combine them with his experience-based knowledge from global Digital Transformation Projects at Microsoft, PwC, and CGI. Students will review crucial mistakes to avoid and address the most common pitfalls leaders experience when engaging with consultants and vendors.
