Will there be a certificate?
Of course we have a course certificate, which means that you have successfully completed a certain number of hours of training and completed all of the course tasks. All certificates have the personal number and your employer will be able to verify its authenticity. Check the sample in the attachment.
What if I can't watch the lecture, will there be an entry? Will there be speaker presentations?
All records of the past modules are saved in the personal account. Also, on the page of each module there are presentations made by the speakers (unless the speaker's privacy policy prohibits making the presentation and video of the speech publicly available). Recordings are posted within 1-2 business days after the broadcast.
When the course starts?
You can see the speaker's time on the website and compare your time zone. Time on our website is in UTC+0 timezone. For example, if lecture starts at 12:00 and you living in Berlin, you will start at 13:00 because Berlin have UTC+1 time.
I can't pay with my card. What I should do?
Please note that currently we don't work with AMEX. In some countries can be another problems with credit cards. Try to pay with another card or send us a message and we will create for you a PayPal invoice.
I bought multiple access, how can I add colleagues?
We are glad to see you on the course! Please send email addresses of your colleagues to and we will create accounts for them.
